Inspired by Texas beer salt, this chili lime seasoning gives your meat a zesty kick. It is great for chicken, but it’s flavour profile works with all proteins. Most importantly, Meatchelada will enhance your food without overpowering it.
Meatchelada is incredible with wings, fajitas and grilled meats, but is SO tasty on so many things. We’ve put it on raw oysters, boiled peanuts, fries, edamame, even green melon. And don’t forget, Meatchelada is the ultimate way to dress your Lone beer – a little on the rim of the glass or the neck of the bottle and you’re good to go.
To use: Apply to meat before cooking. Alternatively, for maximum flavour effect, use as a finishing seasoning by coating your cooked meats in Meatchelada.
