The range and availability at BBQ Gourmet, is absolutely phenomenal. And has recently even gone beyond that, when they started stocking BBB Delight pellets. Unavailable in the UK for some time now. Brilliant one stop shop for everything BBQ.

Love the company, but your website is atrocious! I was at work trying to make a quick order, only had my mobile, added to my basket, then on your mobile site there’s no way of accessing my basket!?!? So I try to login to my account, can’t login???
Try to reset my password, get a message saying “email sent”, wait 15 minutes, no email, not in junk either?
Had to wait until I got home to actually make my order. By which time I had missed the delivery cutoff, and the items arrived too late for that I wanted it for. Thanks for that!
It really is time you invested in a new site, you must be loosing soooo much custom, not having an e-commerce site that works on mobile!
