Kansas City Barbeque Society – the organising body for many of the top BBQ competitions in the United States and around the world. “Recognizing barbeque as America’s Cuisine, the mission of the Kansas City Barbeque Society is to celebrate, teach, preserve and promote barbeque as a culinary technique, sport and art form.”
British BBQ Society – helping to educate ‘newbies’ in the UK about the joys of BBQ, the British BBQ Society was established in 2008 to promote BBQ in the United Kingdom.
The International BBQ Network (IQBN) – The IBQN is a company dedicated to sanctioning and promoting all aspects of barbecue including competitions, training and media, not only in the UK, but internationally.
