We were literally shocked by the flavor tasting from the bottle. My Bride and I both lit up and we couldn’t get some chicken on the Traeger fast enough. There is absolutely nothing in the market place that comes close to this flavor profile. Chad Killed the poultry entries in competitions with this and I assure you it will surprise you. The best I can describe it, is think New Mexican Adobo flavor profile. It makes a whole BBQ Chicken like nothing I have ever tasted. As much as we like The Old Fashioned and The Rocks this rub will be an instant favorite for ya.
