Description

Butcher BBQ Pork Injection will give you that great, deep pork flavour and still keep the moisture in the meat. Cooking with this product has been proven a winner countless times. Butcher BBQ have taken science and cooking, combined them and made this simple to use injection that any cook can use to make your best-tasting pork ever. Mix one ? cup of Pork Injection with 2 cups of water. Other options are to mix ? the water with different fruit juices, cola or vegetable broth. On thicker cuts of meat, e.g. pork shoulder & pork loins, be sure to reach the center of the meat. This quantity (453g) should be enough for two 6-7 lb pork shoulders. Gluten Free.

    I’ve tried several kinds of pork injection and I always come back to this one. I love the original. I tried their open pit pork injection and it was a bit too peppery for my guests..I stick with this one. Try it mixed with Apple juice, you won’t be sorry!

    The containers says 2- 7lb butts/shoulders. The description says this 1lb(16ozs) does 8 shoulders. Im more than sure its great and I will use it and the beef version but don’t like being misled or informed. Any help on this point and I will rerate.

    This stuff rocks. I don’t get the slam from previous viewers about the salt. Yes salt is part of it, but is used masterfully with the other spices involved. This was a low and slow cook of about 14 hrs at 225 degrees. After its 2 hour rest, found it to be amazing and succulent. No dryness, just moist tasty pig. Big hit with the crowd!

    Mixed as directed using Apple juice. Was able to sufficiently inject (3) 10lb. Butts using 3 cups worth of injection. Butts came out extremely moist and got praised by all my guest. Needless to say, no leftovers at the end of the party.

    Great pork shoulder. Update 06/01/2018. I made 45 pound of pork shoulder for a party on my weber smokey mountain and it was the hit of the party. Everybody asked what my secret was as they had tried to do pork shoulder and didn’t get results this good. Great product.

    Injected a pork butt before smoking it in my Camp Chef gas BBQ smoker. Used hickory chunks and tried to maintain 325f for 8 hrs to 160 internal temp. Then wrapped in foil and in oven at 325f until internal temp was 190. Shut oven off and left butt inside until morning. Pulled it then, very easy to pull and very tasty.

    I love this stuff. Pork butts and even ribs…No heavy flavours just good pork goodness. I have added pineapple juice and a little brown sugar with water and make pork butt injection, just a little sweetness and real moist. Love the stuff.

    I’ve always used a homemade injection for the Boston Butts I smoke. The results have always been satisfactory. But, I thought I would try something different and give the Butcher BBQ Injection a try. And, I’m glad I did. While my homemade injection has always left me with moist, tender Q, the Butcher BBQ injection completely changed my mind on using the homemade. I injected the Butt on Friday morning, put a rub on it and wrapped it in foil. I then put in the fridge overnight. Saturday morning I put it on the smoker. After removing the Butt from the smoker upon reaching an internal temp of 197 degrees, I wrapped it in foil, then wrapped a towel around it. Then I put the Butt in a cooler to rest overnight. Sunday morning, I started pulling the pork. I can say, beyond a doubt, it was the most moist and tender Butt I had ever smoked. Virtually all the fat inside the Butt had been rendered. When I tasted some, it literally melted in my mouth, not chewy or tough, as certain areas of the Butt can be. The flavour was out of this world. I will never use my homemade injection again, instead, exclusively using the Butcher BBQ Injection.
