Uses - 'Raising the Steaks' is especially designed for beef, and is excellent on all cuts of beef.  Not just all kinds of steaks, but rib roasts, round roasts, rump roasts, chuck roasts, tri tip, London Broil, andwell just about any cut will be enhanced with a coating of Raising the Steaks.  Mix it into burger meat or meat loaf for a special treat.

Description - 'Raising the Steaks' is a robust mix that was inspired by the popular Montreal steak seasoning mix.  Dizzy Pig BBQ took an interesting Canadian flavour profile and fully dizzy-fied it with fresh cracked coriander, peppercorns and other fresh spices.  It is sugar-free and people are already raving about this new offering.

Best Used On - A big thick rib eye steak....

Other Great Uses - A hearty fish, like tuna or swordfish, or on veggies for a nice, garlicky kick.

Allergens - 'Raising the Steaks' contains none of the top ten listed allergens.  Contains chilies, onion and garlic (to which some folks are sensitive).  Dizzy Pig products are ALL NATURAL and contain NO wheat gluten, MSG, peanuts or tree nuts.
