Do you remember that flavour of pork you used to get when cooking over an open flame?  Butcher BBQ have captured that flavour in this injection.

Mix one 3/4 cup of Butcher BBQ 'Open Pit' Pork Injection with two (2) cups of water.  Other options are to split 1/2 the water with different fruit juices, cola or vegetable broth.  Use the same system for injecting as directed in the beef injection.  Be sure on thicker cuts of meat, e.g. pork shoulder and pork loins, to reach the center of the meat.  

This amount should be enough for two 6-7lb pork shoulders.  

Gluten Free.  

Ingredients: hydrolysed vegetable protein (hydrolysed SOY and corn protein, salt), partially hydrogenated vegetable oil (cottonseed & SOYBEAN oil) added), monosodium glutamate, sodium phosphate, pork flavour (yeast extract, natural flavors, maltodextrin), xanthan gum.
